Emergency Plan

The Port of Belfast Emergency Plan has been prepared as a contingency plan for the management and control of incidents or emergencies occurring within the Port. As well as providing in-house procedures for emergency situations, it also contains co-ordinating arrangements and protocols for the activation of the emergency plans of the emergency services and other Government Departments and Agencies in the event of a major emergency or disaster.

The Plan is currently being revised and will be made available online in 2007. Further information is available from the Safety & Environmental Manager.
